Inspired by the spirit of Oklahoma City, Strawberry Fields will be a mixed-use urban neighborhood unlike anything the city has ever seen.
Based on CallisonRTKL’s extensive experience in designing master planned mixed-use communities, Strawberry Fields’ owners tasked the firm to create a place for locals to live and thrive and for visitors to get a taste of the best of OKC.
The 47-acre project incorporates all the key elements of a mixed-use environment; a connected destination to the surrounding communities; a comfortable, walkable environment; the right mix to attract a diverse audience and respond to future market needs; and community engagement with relevant amenities.
From local chef-driven restaurants and artisan retailers, to authentic condos and residences, and spirited events and activities, everyone will have numerous opportunities to strike up a conversation and stay awhile. Affordable, entrepreneurial and family-oriented, Strawberry Fields is bordered by 70-acre Scissortail Park which hosts a weekly farmer’s market among other attractions. With easy access to public transportation and close to the central business district – as well as creative districts such as Bricktown – Strawberry Fields is OKC’s true live, work and play destination.
