An experimental lab for creating the future of banking in collaboration with employees and customers.
Ponce Bank wanted to transform from a traditional paper-based banking model to a digitally-enabled high-service bank. CallisonRTKL responded by developing a rapid prototype of the bank environment, where technology could be tested, services could be co-created with staff, and validated with the input of real customers. The concept won the Innovator Award from the Future Branches annual conference.
