Evolving ideology.
The Rogers-owned cellphone service provider Fido partnered with CallisonRTKL to create a new store environment that conveys the brand’s character and speaks to its core customers. The redesign is a deliberate shift from transactional to experiential retailing with a unique blend of physical store design and customer service transformation.
The aesthetics, combined with an open, flexible space plan, enhance the relaxed ambiance and encourage a pressure-free conversation between staff and customers. Curated content is displayed electronically throughout the space and comfortable seating is an invitation for exploration and play.
