The leading telecommunications retailer in Canada, Rogers Telecom was prepared for a completely new store concept. CRTKL collaborated with the Rogers design team and stakeholder group through multiple workshops to define the brand, the customers, the primary competition, key trends and key differentiators.
The new Rogers store prototype is a gathering place where customers are invited to join the Rogers family and design their lifestyles. A ‘living room’ welcomes customers and is divided into four primary zones, each with its own unique merchandising strategy and customer experience. Together, the zones deliver a consistent brand experience and a refreshing, intuitive retail journey.
