CallisonRTKL created a series of lifestyle vignettes that showcase the product, reflect the brand’s sophistication and tell the story of each product—all while scripting an experience that is relaxing, accessible and self-directed. A choreographed customer journey leads visitors through a series of rooms or galleries, each a chapter of a larger story, that combine to create a rich and compelling overall experience that can be taken at one’s own pace. Each room, defined by simple, flexible fixturing, groups together related product lines based on aesthetics or design style. This helps orient customers—allowing them to learn about the products with or without sales representative support—and provides visual context to Arteriors’ diverse product lines.
