Beach Promenade in the Saadiyat Island
Evoking the crisp, clean design of Miami Beach, the Beach Promenade in the Saadiyat Island cultural district offers the luxury of beachfront living and entertainment within walking distance of world-class museums—including the Guggenheim—and exclusive retail. The project won the International Property Awards Africa and was named Mixed-Use Building of the Year in Arabia in 2016.
Situated along the spectacular Arabian Gulf near Abu Dhabi, the signature element is a 1.4-KM promenade reinforced with retail and dining outlets along most of its length, many of which are in the base of residential buildings or in a series of smaller pavilions located in the courtyards between. A trapezoidal public square offers further dining options and a piazza-style atmosphere. Other key elements include the headlands park anchoring the western end of the promenade and a 200-meter pier that stretches from the mall into the gulf.
