The Castings
The Castings is a development in the Piccadilly East area of Manchester, which will be home to 352 build-to-rent (BTR) units, resident amenities and a new public square.
The scheme, designed to meet the pressing need for new homes within Manchester City Centre, will help to enhance the quality of life for the growing population in the area. It will also support new jobs and provide vital investment at an important time.

The development will have an active ground floor with multiple commercial uses and includes the creation of a new public square and public realm improvements, which will be key in the generation of a vibrant and sustainable neighbourhood for Piccadilly East.
