CallisonRTKL’s master plan for the Zhengdong New District Hospital creates space for a full wellness experience of varied kinds, incorporating green space, daylight and natural ventilation to encourage healing and good health. In addition to four office towers and seven senior living dormitory towers, the 600,000-SM campus includes four in-patient towers, a VIP care tower, an outpatient clinic, and dedicated centers for education and research, infectious disease and rehabilitation. The master plan is centered on a lake and meandering waterway that establishes the framework for the entire development. Internal courtyards feature scenic views.
