United Airlines Lounge T2A Heathrow

United Airlines are one of the world’s largest airlines and the first to operate out of the new world class Terminal 2 facility at London Heathrow, CallisonRTKL were asked to develop the planning, interior design concept and construction documentation of United Airlines office accommodation throughout the new terminal.

CallisonRTKL developed the interior design layouts in collaboration with the key United stakeholders of each office area. This was to ensure all offices, support spaces and meeting rooms could sensibly be accommodated with workable adjacencies and within spatial metrics. Using brand and design standards set out by United, CallisonRTKL saw through from concept to completion the fit out of 3 brand new offices spaces throughout the new terminal for General Managers, Customer Services and Flight Attendants as well as the refurbishment & redesign of a further 5 areas located in the ramp area of the terminal where flight operations and maintenance offices are located.
