Rose & Loon

CallisonRTKL, in partnership with JLL’s retail management team, created an innovative new retail concept, Rose & Loon.

Located in Minnesota’s Rosedale Center, the showroom features locally made artisan goods from across the Midwest for a uniquely “Up North” retail experience. The space features dynamic zones and flexible fixtures – many sourced from the Twin Cities – to quickly accommodate new vendors, offer personalized products, and host hands-on workshops.

Rose & Loon’s positive customer feedback has increased leasing and foot traffic at Rosedale. As a result, additional showroom locations are being considered.
