MIAMI, Fla. – Jan. 14, 2020 – CallisonRTKL’s Vice President and Director of Research Sarah Wicker will present at the ICSC Nexus Conference on Thursday, January 23 in Miami, Florida. The event is an opportunity to connect with retail real estate executives and senior-level decision-makers, from institutional investors and private developers to landlords, retailers and industry service providers.
Wicker will co-present with David Sheldon (Associate Principal, Perkins & Will) at a session focused on Blending Buildings. This interactive presentation looks at the buildings of tomorrow that need to seamlessly combine experiences and services specifically tailored to user’s needs, which means the design process must be more human-centered than ever. Wicker and Sheldon will explore this new transition from mixed-use to blended-use and highlight the macro and micro trends that have led to this shift.
