Rudy Santacroce is the Vice President of Operational Excellence (OpEX) at CallisonRTKL. Rudy has over 25 years of experience as an industrial and management engineer with extensive consulting experience in both academic and community healthcare environments, specializing in Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodologies, operational planning, financial and cost benefit analysis and data analytics. Rudy has authored numerous publications and presented his work at the national and international level. In addition, Rudy has held adjunct faculty positions teaching both graduate and undergraduate courses in industrial engineering and healthcare operations management.
