He began with RTKL in 1978 while completing a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. Currently, he functions as a Senior Project Manager in the workplace sector. “I have worked with Ridge for 27 years and he is the best project manager I think we have,” begins Bill McCarthy, Vice President in CRTKL’s Baltimore office. “He is a consummate professional in all his actions and communications. He is detail-oriented and organized, and he really understands how to do great work that is well coordinated. Most importantly, he instills ‘fun’ as a requirement for the team in the process. To me (and many others), he has been a mentor, a co-worker, an awesome wingman and a really good friend. He represents what might have been called ‘the RTKL-way’ in his approach to our work, our staff and our clients – he is one of those few that will be impossible to replace.”
