DALLAS, TX – December 9, 2019— Pinecrest, the new 750,000 SF mixed-use development in Cleveland by Fairmount Properties and the DiGeronimo Companies, has won the top honor for New Developments in the 2019 North America Design and Development Award, presented by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). The project’s win was announced Thursday night, December 5th, at ICSC’s 3-day CenterBuild conference in Phoenix, AZ. CallisonRTKL was responsible for architecture, interior design, wayfinding and environmental graphic design for this project.
