Los Angeles – July 26, 2019 – Perla on Broadway, a 35-story residential tower located in Los Angeles’ historic Broadway Theater District, tops off today. Partnering with SCG America, a subsidiary of Shanghai Construction Group of China, CallisonRTKL designed the tower, which includes 450 units ranging from 409 to 1,300 SF, and a robust amenity package.
Planned amenities include three outdoor decks, a swimming pool, cabana lounges, fire pits, gas barbecues, outdoor kitchens and two dog runs. A four-story atrium located at the heart of the building will feature a modern fitness center, lounges and a co-working space.
