An alternative to nursing homes has arrived: The Springs at Hacienda at the River in Tucson, Arizona.
“Essentially what we’re trying to do is create a healing environment, and the things that really create that or support are things like having a connection to nature,” says Daun St. Amand, senior vice president in our Los Angeles office.
This was the first senior living facility project for the CRTKL team. The goal was to create inviting living spaces and cozy communal areas for all residents while having access to necessary care.
