Downtown Los Angeles is transforming from parking lots and empty blocks to highrises, open-air shopping and restaurants. Not only is the area ripe for development but accommodating and providing sought-after amenities is bringing people to new neighborhoods.
“We have a jogging track 100 feet in the air. There are two acres of landscaped garden deck with basketball courts, barbecues, fire pits, and three pools with splash pads,” says Daun St. Amand, a Senior Vice President at CRTKL.
Keep your eyes peeled for the ever-expanding concrete jungle.
