Main campus hospitals are seeing an influx of specialty care, creating a need for nearby hotel and lodging space.
“It’s a full-service hotel with all the amenities, not an extension of the hospital,” says Dan Freed, a vice president at our Miami office. The hotel CRTKL is working on is one floor, allowing easy access for everyone. It’s important to create a welcoming environment for these patients and their families separate from the hospital they receive treatment in.
