DUBAI – September 20, 2019 –Central Park at City Walk, CallisonRTKL’s project, in partnership with Meraas Development, has been selected as a finalist for the 2019 Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets. The Cityscape Awards for the Emerging Markets recognizes and celebrates excellence across the real estate development and architecture industries.
Connected by a well-established road network and located between Jumeirah Street and Sheikh Zayed Road, Central Park at City Walk is part of a successful ongoing CallisonRTKL masterplan development. The project encompasses 12 residential buildings across nine plots, the 42-meter-wide Central Park, 200 community amenities and 36,000 SM of green spaces. The architecture of Central Park follows a contemporary and sleek design that acts as a backdrop to the lush center, using light colors and materials that emphasize a connection with the natural environment.
