CallisonRTKL Associate Vice President Named 2019 PAVE Rising Star

SEATTLE, WA—December 5, 2019—CallisonRTKL Associate Vice President Anna Leach from our Seattle office received the 2019 Rising Star Award from the Planning and Visual Education Partnership (PAVE) during the PAVE Gala on Wednesday, December 4 in New York City, New York. The awards honor young professionals who have exhibited outstanding leadership in the retail environments industry. These emerging leaders anticipate client needs, motivate a team, transform the simple into the extraordinary and inspire the consumer.

“I am absolutely honored to win the Rising Star Award,” begins Leach. “This recognition among such inspirational peers only further motivates me to continue my creative and professional development.”

Leach was nominated for the award for her outstanding leadership on retail projects both nationally and internationally, as well as her expertise of implementing new brand concepts and scalable prototype designs. She has worked with a multitude of major brands, including ABC-Mart Grand Stage, böhme, Janie & Jack, Finish Line, Dacor, Cole Haan and more.

The gala also honored CRTKL associate Randi Lawrence from CRTKL’s Dallas office, another finalist in the competition and second runner-up for the award. With almost 10 years of experience in the industry, Lawrence is a respected designer and leader in the retail space.
