Congratulations to All

I believe diversity has always been one of our greatest strengths. It is at the core of our thinking. It keeps our perspectives broad and, importantly, our inclusive culture enables these perspectives to benefit our clients whilst reflecting the communities in which we live, work and operate.

So, when I look at this year’s promotions, I see not only the practice we are but the one we’re becoming: a family of super-talented professionals who come from wildly different cultures and backgrounds but share a series of fundamental values—a passion for innovation and creativity, a commitment to our clients and to making the world a better place.

Everyone on this list deserves to be here, and I encourage you to congratulate those you know and work with. But I also challenge you to reach out and contact someone you want to know better—to create new points of connection that will enrich our conversation and our community.

Finally, as you click through this site, I ask you to reflect on and consider the data: 49% of this year’s promotions are women: 49% of the Associates/Sr. Associates, 40% of the AVP/ADs and 40% of the new corporate officers.

Today, while almost one-third of our employees are based outside the United States, 31% of our promotions are being celebrated across our non-U.S. offices—from Asia to Europe and the Middle East to Mexico City.

We are also celebrating five generations of professionals. Generation Z is entering the CRTKL workforce as students and Millennials lead the count at 53%, of which 22% are being promoted this week; and GenXers represent 34% of our employees today with 10% celebrating their promotion this month.
