Angela Acosta
LOS ANGELESAngela started with the firm in 2001 in our Miami office, moving to Los Angeles in 2007. From her earliest days at CRTKL, it was evident that she would ascend to a high level of leadership – her influence permeates across the firm. Angela has and continues to be, at the heart of our PXD process – her ability to lead clients through an understanding of focusing on the end-user experience in the places we design is unrivaled. Beyond her insightful research-fueled approach, she has a prowess to work fluidly across practices and shape a unique differentiation for the firm. She is a champion of driving our vision and culture across the firm, and maybe most importantly, her witty demeanor makes her endearing to all.
Elana Yang
SHANGHAIElena has been with the firm since 2006, currently serving as the APAC Regional Controller. As a critical member of the CRTKL Finance team, Elena’s close collaboration with our leadership across the region has contributed to the region’s growth and overall success. She brings a business-centered approach and partnership to our practice leadership and teams. Her ability to not only support but guide our practitioners towards operational excellence is second to none. Jacky Yung
LOS ANGELESJacky has been with CRTKL for 17 years and is a trusted Los Angeles healthcare studio leader. During his tenure, the studio continues to improve performance and outcomes, attracting staff and clients alike. He maintains key relationships with some of our most highly respected healthcare clients, including the University of California Health System, Cedars Sinai Medical Center and Loma Linda University Medical Center. Jacky works determinedly to partner across regions and markets, acting as an advocate for his team. Design fuels him, and he strives to impart design excellence in all projects – from OR remodels to new healthcare facilities.

LONDONJeanne’s experience at CRTKL has seen her stateside, starting in the DC office in 2012 and then moving across the pond to our London office in 2018. During that time, Jeanne has leveraged her 25 years of experience to propel business growth related to large multinational corporate clients within our workplace practice. Her acumen positively drives outcomes for our client’s businesses and their employees’ satisfaction. Jeanne’s collaborative approach cultivates deep and longstanding client relationships.
