Station Hill South delivers resident driven design solutions with the contextual regeneration of Reading's town centre.

The creation of a 600-unit Build-to-Rent (BTR) residential community is already underway, linked by significant public and social infrastructure improvements that will change the face and reputation of Reading. In total, the scheme could deliver up to 1,300 new and affordable homes in the heart of Reading.

In the Experience Masterplan, we mapped every aspect that the residents experience, from the leasing walk, to collecting a parcel. The sense of belonging and identity has been curated to deliver a unique connection with the masterplan, visually and physically connecting the balconies, the apartments, the amenity, the lobby and the front door to the place – people want to stay in a place they belong & connect to – it is the foundation of any Build to Rent design.

We have put the resident at the heart of the design. Each design decision focused on increasing the experience for the resident and increasing the value of the product.

CRTKL interior design team built brought a simple, flexible, and compelling look and feel to the plethora of amenity spaces and apartments types across the development, that intersperse seamlessly with the residents landscape gardens and vibrant street scene.
