CallisonRTKL master plans a lush oasis in the suburbs of Bangalore.
CallisonRTKL created a new master plan for a luxury residential community outside of Bangalore, India. The project includes 650 contemporary, luxury villas ranging from 2,500 – 5,500 SF. The villas are arranged around a large central park running through the site, providing recreation and relaxation in a lush and inviting environment. The park is anchored by a resort hotel and club house that delivers amenities to both the Sanctuary development and the surrounding community.
