Dean is skilled in relationship building, making him an extraordinarily effective liaison between the design team and the client, production and specifications teams and numerous consultants. Though he now focuses his efforts mostly on retail and hospitality projects for CallisonRTKL, Dean has experience in a wide variety of building types, so there isn’t much you can throw at him that he hasn’t expertly handled before.
