Ben is responsible for business development for OneEQ, CallisonRTKL’s medical equipment planning service, and has several years of experience with projects of all sizes and phases. He has helped design the reporting process and created and implemented project specific order of operations that reduce gaps in communications and diminish redundancy. Ben facilitates work flows to streamline the procurement process, keeping resources to a minimum and maximizing project efficiencies, while reducing overhead and maximizing profitability. Ben is key in maintaining hospital procurement projects, keeping teams on schedule and clients informed.
