CRTKL’s Clayton Whitman Wants to Get Back to Work—Safely

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK – July 15, 2020 – In a recent webinar with staff from New York City’s Business Improvement Districts, CRTKL’s Clayton Whitman shared a presentation discussing safely reopening their own offices, planning for their staff to return – both in terms of policy and physical alterations. The webinar was hosted by the Neighborhood Development Division of the NYC Department of Small Business Services

“The office needs to embrace the brand and culture and foster what the people need, which I see as collaboration and wellness,” Clayton begins. “People need to want to come back.”

In his presentation, Clayton touched on a variety of implementations– including surveying the space for high-traffic areas, defining physical and sanitary guidelines and repurposing existing spaces with flexible furniture.
