WASHINTON, D.C. – June 22, 2022 — CRTKL is proud to introduce the 2022 Social Action Committee (SAC) members. SAC is a firmwide program centered on advancing social change through design. It serves as a steering committee to harness many of the firm’s grassroots efforts to promote ‘big-idea’ design initiatives for social justice at both the local and global levels. As emerging leaders, SAC members represent the firm and manage an allocated pool of corporate funds to fuel the design efforts. The committee will work across the offices to identify stewards of social action, in concert with office leadership globally, to promote and foster the ‘big-idea’ initiatives.
The mentors for this years’ committee are Nick Spoor and Eurico Francisco.
Selected from an impressive number of applicants from across the firm; the committee includes the following members this year: Beth Resetco, Jacob Tyler, Jamiul Choudhury, Wang Yao. Continuing Committee members include Eduardo Castaneda and Simone Brand.
In the year to come, the SAC will work to further their missions at CRTKL’s mechanism for community-led volunteer work – proactively centered on people, planet and positive design.
