CallisonRTKL Wins American Institute of Architects/San Fernando Valley Chapter Awards

Announcement | February 6, 2019

LOS ANGELES – February 6, 2019 – CallisonRTKL received the Design Excellence 2018 Citation Award from the American Institute of Architects/San Fernando Valley Chapter for three of its projects: 888 at Grand Hope Park, Menara Palma II and 4th and Bell. 888 at Grand Hope Park also received the coveted People’s Choice Award.

888 at Grand Hope Park is located in the heart of Los Angeles’ re-vitalized South Park neighborhood, and residents enjoy a unique, amenity-rich lifestyle enhanced by a feeling of being in nature – right in the middle of the city. The jewel of 888 at Grand Hope Park is the 30,000-SF amenity deck, PARK 888, that rises 75 feet in the air, providing breathtaking city views.

A majestic tower with a textured, curvilinear facade, Menara Palma II lies in the heart of downtown Jakarta and is a striking addition to the city’s skyline.

4th and Bell is a mixed-use residential project in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. The design takes the landmark buildings on either side – the Franklin Apartments and Fire Station #2 – into consideration.
