CallisonRTKL Appoints Two New Leaders in Miami Office

MIAMI, Fla. — May 20, 2020 — Global architecture, planning and design firm CallisonRTKL has appointed two new leaders in the Miami office. Gina Goodin, Senior Associate Vice President will lead hospitality interiors and Associate Vice President Andres Rodriguez will lead multifamily residential interiors.

Gina Goodin

Gina Goodin LEED AP ID+C, NCIDQ, Senior Associate Vice President, leads hospitality interiors in CallisonRTKL’s Miami office. She has supervised design teams in a wide range of project types from luxury resort properties to unique spas and has provided brand standard development and prototype design.

“We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and priorities and use design to achieve a memorable guest experience,” says Gina.

With more than 35 years in hospitality, Gina’s portfolio includes some of the biggest names in the industry such as Marriott, Wyndham, IHG and Canyon Ranch brands. Her reputation as the “go-to” person for hospitality and spa interiors has led to the successful development of branded environments for clients across the globe. Gina’s award-winning projects have been published in leading industry magazines including Hospitality Design and Interior Design.

Andres Rodriguez

Andres Rodriguez IIDA, NCIDQ, LEED AP, Associate Vice President, leads CallisonRTKL’s residential interiors practice in the Miami office and oversees the group’s mentoring and client development. Andres’ nearly 30 years of experience includes memorable design, programming, space planning and detailing for clients domestically and abroad. His award-winning portfolio encompasses projects in the U.S. as well as China, the Caribbean and Latin America. Andres’s flexible communication style ensures that his team works together creatively and effectively.

“My passion for design combined with my years of experience helps me turn our clients’ vision into a concept, a VR space, then a developed design. And our technical knowledge makes it all possible,” he says.

CallisonRTKL’s Miami office has played an integral role in projects throughout South Florida including The Plaza Coral Gables, Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, Boulud Sud Miami, 600 Brickell and Hilton Miami Dadeland. The firm recently opened a second Florida office in Tampa which specializes in healthcare architecture and interior design.
