Tianjin Joy City

Joy City is one of China-based developer COFCO’s most ambitious projects, consisting of a 37-story class-A office tower, high-end retail, and luxury residential units. The 340,000-SM project is Tianjin’s largest commercial development and has attracted a number of domestic and international world-class brands to the city. Dubbed the “international lifestyle city,” Joy City responds to Tianjin’s growing demand for high-end design characterized by prominent glass towers and amenities including an indoor ice rink, fitness recreation center, and the region’s largest cinema complex. The development is also fully integrated with the local bus and transit metro system to facilitate easy access within the city.
