CallisonRTKL implemented cost-effective methods to transform this Washington, DC office.
Previously located in a cramped, enclosed environment with two people to an office, M+R sought an inviting space that would attract and retain employees and also allow seamless communication between their six nationwide offices. CallisonRTKL’s design integrated all of these needs, while maintaining the organization’s modest budget. The design team showed M+R leaders that the necessary changes could be made in a cost effective way by understanding the day-to-day needs of the employees. Now, M+R’s new space allows staff to interact more than ever before.
