A streamlined space that improves communication helps this Deloitte office better serve its clients.
When international professional services firm Deloitte relocated its Newcastle office, the company asked CallisonRTKL to create a new office environment to reflect Deloitte’s culture, enhance communication and streamline space requirements. CallisonRTKL’s design consolidates three previously disjointed floors into a contemporary, single-level open floor plan. The adjustable workspace configuration provides ample teaming spaces and access to natural light and expansive views. On point with Deloitte’s global brand and local business ties, the design mixes a Deloitte-branded color palette with the rich 19th-century industrial architectural heritage of Newcastle and the surrounding region to create a truly unique space.
