Bluewaters

Bluewaters is a new 80-acre reclaimed island located off Dubai’s Marina. The brief was to plan and design a contemporary urban waterfront mix of retail, dining and entertainment experiences that synergize with the iconic centerpiece, the Ain Dubai which at 820′ is the world’s tallest and largest observation wheel. Multi-modal access to island includes a pedestrian bridge, water taxis and a two level subterranean garage connecting guests directly to the plazas.
