Swedish Medical Center – First Hill Campus Administration
A new design helps define a brand and provides space for improved collaboration.
The Swedish Medical Center CEO came to CallisonRTKL with the ambitious task of relocating the executive team in 90 days. This project included the complete demolition of the 7,700-SF existing suite and the construction of an executive office that promotes cross collaboration and helps define the Swedish Experience. The client also requested easy accessibility to his seven executives, casual meeting areas and the ability to talk to his healthcare partners throughout the region. These challenges were met by utilizing fully glazed offices, shared conference and teaming rooms and an advanced audio/video system. This project’s success can be attributed to flexible floor plan options, strong and clear design direction and daily client communication.
