Originally from Chile, educated in Brazil, and a registered architect in the United States, Pat Mandiola has an impressive portfolio spanning educational, commercial, entertainment, hospitality, and urban mixed-use projects. As a project manager and lead designer, Pat plays a vital role managing both creative and technical processes with a focus on sustainability, making sure that the right technology and materials are part of the final design package. Pat is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English, enabling him to navigate multi-cultural projects with ease, particularly in Latin America.
