Additionally, John is well-versed in working with a wide range of stakeholders and consultants to achieve client objectives. His passion for advancing residential design underlies past success for a number of residential and mixed-use developments in the US, the UK and abroad. John has demonstrated significant thought leadership in his research on large-scale build-to-rent developments, which has been published in the Urban Land Institute’s Best Practice Design Guide.
